Who can take part in the Blended Intensive Programme: Nurses in emergency care?
Students of nursing programmes from higher education institutions who co-organize the event with the Warsaw College of Engineering and Health, students from the Warsaw College of Engineering and Health and students from other institutions upon availability of spots.
How can I register to the event and take part in the event?
In order to register to the event you have to fill in the registration form available at: https://forms.gle/BtYBac5v7616aJDX8
Upon successful registration you will receive an email from the Warsaw College of Engineering and Health informing about the registration. Students to take part in the event have to be nominated by their respective HEIs, hence – after we receive a confirmation that you are not only registered but also nominated by your higher education institution we will issue you a Letter of Acceptance. Informing you that you’ve been accepted for participation in the event. The next step is the Online Learning Agreement prepared by the student and signed by the student the sending institution and the receiving institution.

- Get nominated by your higher education institution
- Wait for the Letter of Acceptance
- Prepare and sign the Online Learning Agreement

What is the application deadline?
The application deadline is 25 September 2025 – this date may be changed if needed.
How can I get to Poland and where will I sleep?
The Warsaw College of Engineering and Health is located in the capital city of Poland – Warsaw, with easy access by multiple planes, busses and trains. There is a big railway station – Western Railway Station [Dworzec PKP Warszawa Zachodnia], and a Western Bus Station [Dworzec Autobusowy Warszawa Zachodnia] next to Campus 1 of the Warsaw College of Engineering and Health. This public transport hub makes it easy to reach Warsaw College of Engineering and Health from any place in Warsaw. Both airports connecting to Warsaw have direct trains to the Western Railway Station.
As for accommodation – although we do not have a dormitory, there is a hotel right next to our Campus 1, which offers some discounts to our students. We will send you more information about the offer of the hotel in latter correspondence. Apart from that, Warsaw as a big city often chosen by tourists offers multiple hotel and hostel options which vary from basic and affordable to luxurious and expensive.
Should you need any assistance or information about accommodation or transport do not hesitate to ask.
BIP – what you have to know?
- You get 3 ECTS points to be put in your Diploma supplement for participation in the BIP (the entire program: online and face-to-face).
- BIP organisers do not cover the costs of your accommodation or transport (to/from/around Warsaw), but the program, materials and trips included in it are free. We also will offer the participants a snack/ lunch during the day.
- You should apply for an Erasmus+ grant to your Erasmus Coordinator or otherwise as set
forth in your institutional Erasmus+ rules. - We provide a lunch during the onsite days of the event as well as tea, coffee, water soft
drinks during the day. - You do not have to participate in the parts of the program marked as optional but we recommend that you do.
- Should you decide to travel to Warsaw by bus/train/carpooling remember ask your
Erasmus coordinator about Green Travel. - The recommended duration of stay is from 6 days – one day before the programme starts, not to be late for the first day.
