ADMISSIONS
Admissions take place in the following stages:
1. REGISTRATION IN THE E-DZIEKANAT STUDENT SYSTEM:

2. COMPLETING AND DELIVERING THE REQUIRED DOCUMENTS TO THE OFFICE OF THE ADMISSIONS TEAM
The office is located at the headquarters of the Warsaw College of Engineering and Health in Warsaw at Bitwy Warszawskiej 1920 Street number 18, room 0.1.

3. SIGNING THE AGREEMENT ON THE TERMS OF PAYMENT FOR STUDIES
After receiving an e-mail confirming the admission for studies, the candidate must sign an agreement on the terms of payment for studies at the Office of the Admissions Team within the specified deadline.
DOCUMENTS REQUIRED AT THE ADMISSIONS STAGE

7) sworn translations for all documents prepared in a language other than Polish 8) a statement of the legal representative signed by the parents/legal guardians of the Candidate along with a photocopy of the birth certificate (optional) – only if the Candidate is under 18 years of age at the time of submitting the documents, 9) power of attorney (optional) – in a situation where the Candidate authorizes a representative to submit documents and collect the certificate on his or her behalf Underage candidates submit a power of attorney using a different document template. | 1) application with the candidate’s handwritten signature (to be printed from the admissions system) 2) photocopy of the higher education diploma with a supplement/transcript of records (original available for inspection) 3) apostille or legalization of the secondary school leaving certificate (does not apply to citizens of Ukraine) 4) statement of the Polish language competency 5) certificate from a doctor in occupational medicine 6) payment confirmation:

ATTENTION!
- Candidates who are citizens of Ukraine – due to the current war conflict, we have introduced solutions that are intended to make the admission process easier for you:
- the obligation to submit an apostille is abolished,
- translations of documents issued in a language other than Polish can be prepared by any translator from a Polish translation agency (not only sworn translators),
- all documents can be submitted to the Office of the Admissions Team in the form of scans (via e-mail to: rekrutacja@wsiiz.pl
- In connection with the termination by the Republic of Belarus of the Agreement of April 28, 2005 on the recognition of equivalence in higher education, the equivalence of scientific degrees and degrees in the field of art, candidates for studies with secondary school leaving certificates in Belarus are additionally obliged to provide a document confirming the legalization of the certificate/diploma issued by the Polish Education Board.

TRANSLATION
The candidate must provide translations of all documents issued in a language other than Polish:
- The list of sworn translators of the Polish language issued by the Ministry of Justice is available at the link: arch-bip.ms.gov.pl

ATTENTION! In the admissions for the winter semester of the academic year 2025/2026, citizens of Ukraine can submit translations made by any translator from a Polish translation agency (sworn translation is not obligatory). The translation should bear the name and surname of the translator and the company’s stamp
MEDICAL CERTIFICATE
Candidates are required to provide the Office of the Admissions Team with a certificate from a doctor in occupational medicine confirming there are no contraindications to undertake studies in the selected field.
Medical examinations are carried out by an occupational medicine doctor based on a referral.

FAQ
Kto powinien być obecny podczas dostarczania dokumentów rekrutacyjnych osoby niepełnoletniej?
Do wpisu na studia, niepełnoletni kandydat może przyjść z rodzicem/opiekunem prawnym, który osobiście przy pracowniku Uczelni, podpisze oświadczenie o wyrażeniu zgody na podjęcie studiów. Na podstawie tego dokumentu kandydat może osobiście podpisać podanie rekrutacyjne oraz inne dokumenty wymagane przez Uczelnie.
Czy rodzic/opiekun prawny może dostarczyć dokumenty rekrutacyjne niepełnoletniego kandydata bez jego obecności?
Tak.
Czy niepełnoletni kandydat na studia może na Uczelnie przyjść sam aby dostarczyć dokumenty rekrutacyjne?
Tak. Musi mieć wtedy przy sobie oświadczenie podpisane przez jednego z rodziców oraz kserokopię dokumentu potwierdzającego tożsamość.
Co w sytuacji, gdy przy dostarczaniu dokumentów rekrutacyjnych na studia nie może przyjść ani kandydat, ani rodzic/opiekun prawny?
W takiej sytuacji rodzic/opiekun prawny może wyznaczyć pełnomocnika, który w jego imieniu dostarczy oświadczenie (z podpisem rodzica). Pełnomocnik musi mieć ze sobą pełnomocnictwo podpisane przez rodzica/opiekuna prawnego oraz kserokopię dokumentu potwierdzającego tożsamość do wglądu.
