The Foundation aims at presenting and introducing to science a new, alternative path to mental health, by promoting an interdisciplinary, holistic approach to health, based on the biopsychosocial model. Through numerous training courses and workshops, the Foundation teaches how to positively cope with everyday stress. It helps you discover your strengths and teaches you how to use them every day to be happier. It shows health and well-being as a combination of physical, mental and social aspects.
